Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data — your name and profile image from Discord OAuth when you sign in.
• Server listings — the name, description, tags, media, join code, and other details you submit for a server listing.
• Discord connection — when you add the Billboard bot to a Discord server, we store the Discord guild ID and a generated invite URL.
• Reviews and ratings — reviews you write for servers or people on the platform.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics events (e.g. server page views, bumps) used to rank listings. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
• Billboard Pay — we store invoice records and their status. We never receive, store, or process payment card details. All payments go directly through Roblox.

We use your data solely to operate Billboard:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session.
• Display your public profile, server listings, and reviews.
• Process Billboard Pay invoices and notify the relevant ER:LC server.
• Rank and surface server listings in discovery.
• Enforce platform rules, detect fraud, and respond to reports.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

We share data with a small number of third parties, only as required to deliver the service:

• MongoDB Atlas — our database host. Data is stored in the region configured for our cluster.
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Request logs may be retained briefly for debugging.
• Vercel Blob — where user-uploaded images (logos, screenshots) are stored.
• Discord — we use Discord OAuth for sign-in and the Discord Bot API to send interactions. Discord's own privacy policy governs how Discord handles that data.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

Account and listing data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete a listing, it is marked deleted and removed from public discovery immediately. Invoice records are retained for up to two years for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

You can:

• Edit or delete your server listings from the dashboard at any time.
• Delete your reviews.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the address below.

Billboard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
