Terms of Service

Billboard is a discovery platform for Roblox ER:LC private servers. It lets server owners create public listings and lets players find servers, leave reviews, and purchase server products through Billboard Pay.

Billboard is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the makers of ER:LC. We provide a listing and payment-facilitation service only.

You must have a valid Discord account to sign in. By using Billboard you represent that you are old enough to hold a Discord account under Discord's Terms of Service. If you are under 13, you may not use Billboard.

When you submit a server listing you are responsible for all information you provide. You must:

• Own or have permission to operate the server you are listing.
• Provide accurate descriptions, join codes, and pricing information.
• Keep your listing up to date. Remove it if the server closes.

You must not list servers that:

• Contain or promote illegal activity or content.
• Harass, discriminate against, or target individuals or groups.
• Advertise services not related to ER:LC gameplay.
• Impersonate other servers, communities, or people.

We may remove listings that violate these rules at any time and without prior notice.

Billboard Pay connects buyers to Roblox game pass and catalog purchases for listed servers. By using Billboard Pay:

• You acknowledge that all payments are processed by Roblox. Billboard does not charge your payment method and does not handle payment card data.
• Affiliate discounts are calculated at the time you click Buy and locked in during the invoice window. Prices may differ if you start a new invoice.
• Refunds are subject to Roblox's refund policy. Billboard may issue a courtesy reversal in cases of confirmed fraud, at our discretion.
• Server owners are responsible for delivering the product or service advertised. We are not liable for a server's failure to honor a purchase.

Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience with the server or person. You must not:

• Post fake, coordinated, or incentivised reviews.
• Review a server you own or manage.
• Include personal attacks, hate speech, or private information.

We may remove reviews that violate these rules.

By adding the Billboard bot to your Discord server, you grant Billboard permission to:

• Read basic guild information to verify the connection.
• Create a permanent invite link used as your listing's Discord link.
• Respond to slash commands (e.g. /bump) run by members of your server.

You can remove the bot at any time from Discord's server settings. Removing the bot does not automatically remove your Billboard listing.

You keep ownership of content you upload (logos, screenshots, descriptions). By submitting content to Billboard you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted images or logos belonging to others.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Billboard at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to the platform or its users. We will generally try to contact you first for minor violations.

Billboard is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of listings, or availability of servers listed on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billboard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Billboard after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
